On March 30, 2021, the Director of the CDC signed a declaration extending the eviction moratorium for residential property. he Order temporarily halts residential evictions of covered persons for nonpayment of rent. The moratorium was set to expire on March 31, 2021 but is now extended through June 30, 2021.
